I live in Kenya, West Africa, and turning 50 last year was a big moment for me. I’ve always been active and assumed I had a good diet and lifestyle, but I didn’t want to take my health for granted. Reaching this milestone made me reflect on the next chapter and could I upscale my health and well-being? That’s what led me to Bio-Alai.
