My Alai Multisystem Support® contains active ingredients at dose that help
Our clients report a wide range of symptomatic benefits that extend well beyond this list. My Alai Multisystem Support® is designed to address the underlying drivers of chronic conditions and support the key processes in the body essential for health. By improving the gut microbiota, reducing inflammation and free radical damage, supporting detoxification and metabolism and improving brain health, My Alai Multisystem Support® supports your health and wellbeing.
My Alai Multisystem Support tastes different to other powered formulas because it’s a therapeutic formula, not a meal-replacement shake. It is classified under the category of a TGA-listed complementary medicine which means it contains active ingredients at doses that match our extensive list of indications.
My Alai is full of nutrients without the usual additives, bulking agents or protein powders that would normally mask the taste of nutrients. Additives are pro-inflammatory and can neutralise the benefits of active ingredients which is why we’ve left them out. This means it’s a pure formulation with the highest concentration of active ingredients, (unlike food-grade supplements and even many other complementary medicines).
If you were to take our active ingredients in a capsule form you would need to take between 40 to 60 capsules a day!
Most clients find the taste a bit different however we have created many delicious smoothie recipes that will help you look forward to your daily dose of pure nutrients!
You'll receive smoothie recipes on purchase.
My Alai Multisystem Support® is a complementary medicine and has been designed to produce specific outcomes within a given time frame.
Most of the nutrients within the formula were found in studies to produce these outcomes within three (3) to six (6) months, therefore, we recommend that it is used for a minimum of three (3) months. However, if you are generally healthy and just need a reset, one (1) month may be sufficient.
A minimum of three (3) months is recommended if you:
• Have long-standing symptoms like fatigue, brain fog and mood swings
• Have high stress levels
• Have been following restrictive diets for prolonged periods of time
• Are vegan or vegetarian without adequate supplementation
• Are in peri and post menopause
• Have gained weight, find it difficult to maintain a healthy weight or have stubborn fat
• Have nail, hair or skin symptoms such as rashes, dermatitis, or brittle nailsSuffer from hair loss
• Have a history of dysregulated blood sugar levels or hormones
• Have a condition caused by inflammation in the body
After three (3) to six (6) months, we recommend taking a break from the formula and recommence as needed.
You’re not alone. Supplements can irritate the gut lining especially when the gut barrier is weak or inflamed. We’ve created detailed information to make the initial process easier for you. My Alai Tips (Link to pdf)

Research is finding that a Western diet is linked to chronic inflammation in the body and chronic inflammation is a key driver of almost all common chronic conditions. However, everyone is different in the inflammatory response produced by certain foods. For some, even certain healthy foods may cause inflammation. And dietary techniques – such as the ketogenic diet or intermittent fasting -can cause metabolic or hormonal abnormalities. This is why personalised nutrition is essential.
The Bio-Alai® Personalised Nutrition Program. (LINK TO PAGE) provides you with an individualised and comprehensive nutritional framework that works with your unique physiology to reduce inflammation and help you reach and maintain your health goals.

The short answer is – not likely, but it can help alleviate certain symptoms of chronic conditions.
Many common chronic conditions are caused by disruptions to certain processes in the body and research suggests that a nutrient-deficient processed diet is a key factor contributing to these disruptions.
As nutrients are essential for all biochemical and metabolic processes in the body, we need nutrients to normalise function. However, it is estimated that about seventy percent of Australians consume a diet deficient in at least one nutrient.
My Alai multisystem support contains a range of active ingredients at doses that improve the gut microbiome, reduce inflammation and oxidative stress, normalise immune function, support metabolism and brain health. It therefore targets the processes underlying many common lifestyle-related chronic conditions.
Our clients have achieved long-term relief from their chronic symptoms, but we cannot make claims that their condition has been “cured” as factors other than diet and nutrient insufficiencies may be contributing to it.
